John Li

John Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Group Director of Talent Management & Organization Development at Albaugh, LLC since 2022, John previously held the position of Vice President of Global Human Resources at Rotam from 2018 to 2022. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources for APAC & MEIA at Zumtobel Group (2009-2017), Associate Director of HR & Admin at Samsung Electronics (2006-2009), and Corporate HR Manager at Crystal Group. John began a career in human resources in 1992 at The Kowloon Motor Bus Company, progressing through various positions over the years. John holds a Master's degree in Training & HRM from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Studies from the University of Manitoba, complemented by a diploma in Recreation Administration from Red Deer Polytechnic.
