Stephane Barlet

Stephane Barlet is an experienced sales executive with over two decades in the packaging industry, currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales at Albéa Group since January 2013. In this role, Stephane oversees global sales for Albéa Color & Care, Estee Lauder's global account, and cosmetic rigid packaging in the Americas. Previously, Stephane held multiple vice president positions at Albéa, managing significant revenue streams and leading teams of senior key account directors. Prior experience includes roles at Rexam, focusing on makeup plastic packaging and key account management for prominent clients such as L’Oreal and Estee Lauder, as well as at Crown Holdings, Inc., working in the export market for plastic closures. Stephane holds a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing strategy from INSEAD and the Institut Supérieur de Commerce.
