David Fox

David Fox is a data scientist/machine learning engineer whose work at Albeado has variously involved generating system insights from complex datasets, advancing ML and Autonomous Intelligence model frameworks, and leveraging the latest cloud deployment technologies to bring their resulting business value to customers. David obtained a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Bioinformatics and computational systems biology at Newcastle University, UK. He then obtained a PhD in computational neuroscience from Rutgers/NJIT, NJ where he was running numerical simulations and dynamical systems analyses of neurons and networks to examine electrical resonance properties. During his postdoctoral position at New York University, he applied machine learning approaches to fit generalized linear models for predicting spike trains of neurons and animal behavior to dynamic olfactory stimuli.
