Mike Calvert is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and product development across multiple companies, including Vale, BHP, Sedgman Pty Limited, and Albemarle Corporation. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical & Metallurgical from The University of Queensland and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Automation from the Engineering Institute of Technology, Mike has successfully led various technical improvement projects, implemented quality assurance programs, and utilized lean six sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency. Currently serving as Lead Process Technology Engineer at Albemarle Corporation, Mike is focused on delivering quality improvements and operational efficiencies within the Kemerton Lithium refinery.
