Rob McFall

Rob McFall serves as the Senior Director of Strategy Development & Execution at Albemarle Corporation, responsible for creating and overseeing the enterprise's 10-year strategy and advising the Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives. McFall has held various leadership roles within Albemarle, including Senior Director for Energy Storage Staff and Strategy Implementation, where coordination of management operations is key, and Global Director of Lithium Supply Chain Service Operations, managing a global team and overseeing significant revenue-generating operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Director and Operations Officer in the US Navy and providing presidential support at The White House. Rob McFall holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
