Tom Baddeley

Tom Baddeley is an experienced professional in government affairs and communications, currently serving as the Head of External Affairs for Albemarle Corporation in Australia since February 2023, after holding the position of Government Affairs Manager. Prior to this, Tom gained valuable experience at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) as part of the Breakfast Radio team from February 2022 to February 2023. Tom's career includes significant roles such as Manager of Government & Public Affairs for Santos Ltd in Western Australia, WA Director for the Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association (APPEA) and the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), and Media & Communications Manager for Western Force (RugbyWA). Earlier in Tom's career, journalism roles were held at the ABC, Channel 9, and The West Australian, in addition to a brief period as a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
