Wesley Ware

Wesley Ware has extensive experience in business management and sales within the chemical and specialty products industries. Currently serving as VP of Global Business at Albemarle Corporation since February 2006, Wesley manages a $500 million global product portfolio and leads a team of product and business managers, focusing on collaboration across various departments to enhance enterprise value. Previously, Wesley held the position of Global Business Director, overseeing a $180 million annual revenue bromine-based business and implementing growth strategies. Earlier roles include Sales Manager for Pioneer Chloralkali and Melamine Chemicals Inc., where Wesley managed significant sales in caustic soda and melamine, respectively, and developed key customer relationships. Wesley's career began at DSM, where responsibilities included product management and applications engineering, along with education in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi.
