Althea T. has a diverse professional background with experience in quality assurance, customer support, and partner consulting. Since August 2021, Althea has been working as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Support Specialist at Albert. Prior to this, Althea served as a Partner Support Consultant at ConnectWise from December 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included troubleshooting, creating documentation, and training new staff. Althea also held internships at Sprint and Above Promotions Company, focusing on social media strategies and content creation, respectively. As a Student Leader at INTO @ USF, Althea assisted international students in their transition to the United States. Educationally, Althea earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida between 2013 and 2016.
