Marko Babic

Marko Babic currently serves as VP of Human Resources at Albert Česká republika, a position held since January 2025, where Marko leads HR for the Central and Southeast European region. Prior to this role, Marko was Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Delhaize Serbia from April 2021 to February 2025. Marko's career in human resources also includes roles as HR Director at Air Serbia from March 2017 to April 2021, HR Director at Nectar Group from July 2015 to March 2017, and Human Resources Director at Knjaz Milos, AD from April 2010 to July 2015, the latter being a prominent Serbian producer of mineral and sparkling water as well as energy drinks. Marko Babic holds a Master's degree in HR Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, obtained between January 2007 and January 2009, and a degree as a graduated engineer in Organizational Sciences from the same institution, completed in January 2006.
