Jon MacPherson

Jon Macpherson, MPA, RIMS-CRMP, currently serves as the Director of Regional PCN Transition and Strategic Engagement within the Primary Care and Rural Health Division of the Ministry of Primary and Preventative Health Services for the Government of Alberta. With a substantial background in governance and organizational operations, Jon previously held several leadership roles at the Calgary West Central Primary Care Network, including Director of Governance and Organizational Operations. Additionally, Jon co-founded the Your Health Foundation and served as Vice President. An educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a governance-focused program at Harvard University. Jon has also been actively involved in the education sector, including a coaching role at Western Canada High School and serving as President of the Students’ Association of Mount Royal University.
