Lei Ma is an experienced transportation engineer and project manager with a comprehensive background in project management, planning, and design within the transportation sector. Key positions include roles at AECOM, the City of Calgary, and the Liaoning Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute, where responsibilities encompassed organization and supervision of major transportation projects, corridor studies, and functional planning.
