M.E. Smart, SAFe® SM, POPM®, possesses extensive experience in project assistance and technical sales consulting. Currently serving as a Project Assistant for the Government of Alberta since October 2024, M.E. previously held the role of Tech Sales Consultant at Martial Technology Inc from January 2023 to October 2024, where technical expertise was applied to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Assistant at SAG Encoders International, focusing on product vision development and market analysis, and serving as a Scrum Master for the National Content Development and Monitoring Board from 2017 to 2020, where coordination of scrum meetings and team development were key responsibilities.
