Rob Bartel is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with two decades of experience in product development and operations, overseeing over 25 product launches. They have held significant roles at BioWare from 1998 to 2012, where they contributed to iconic franchises like DRAGON AGE and NEVERWINTER NIGHTS, pioneering agile methodologies. Currently, Rob serves as the Senior Product Manager for the Government of Alberta, focusing on transforming online citizen interactions, and simultaneously advocates for hydrogen research as the Director and Chief Storyteller at Hydrogen Heartland. They have also founded Famous Games Company, a platform for innovation and consulting, and serve as a board member for Evodant Interactive. Rob earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Winnipeg.
