The Alberta Homeless Foundation is powered by a dedicated team of volunteers, organizers, and community advocates who believe in taking direct action to support Alberta’s unhoused and food-insecure populations.

What makes our team special? We come from different walks of life: students, professionals, caregivers, and community leaders, but we’re united by one shared philosophy: compassion should be practical. That means showing up, listening first, and making real, measurable change on the ground.

We operate with a 100% volunteer model, no salaries, because we believe every dollar should go where it’s needed most. Our leadership team brings over 15 years of combined experience in grassroots community initiatives + volunteer work, and our youth volunteers reflect our mission to build a more engaged, caring future.
