Will is the Head of Venture Capital at the Impact Investment Group (IIG), a leading impact investment funds management firm. At IIG he leads the Giant Leap Fund, Australia’s first 100% impact venture capital fund dedicated to investing in rapidly scalable, early stage businesses that fuse profit and purpose. Will has over 15 years’ experience in the venture capital, private equity, property and corporate finance sectors. He was previously an Investment Manager and Executive Officer at the CVC Group. He is also a mentor at Startmate and has held various not-for-profit directorships.
