Angela Prindle, Esq., MBA, is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and digital innovation. Currently serving as Counsel for Digital, Innovation, & Corporate Development at Albertsons Companies since August 2021, Angela previously worked as Corporate Counsel at Sprouts Farmers Market from August 2017 to August 2021. Angela's background also includes a position as Contracts Senior Associate at UTC Aerospace Systems and an International Trade Compliance Internship at Pratt & Whitney. Angela's legal career began with a Legal Internship at the California Board Of Equalization Tax Appeals Assistance Program. Angela holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Spanish Minor from Arizona State University.
