Jon Shupe has extensive experience in project and program management across various industries, including retail, restaurant, and technology sectors. Notable roles include serving as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at DerbySoft and a Program Manager at Albertsons Companies. Shupe has also held significant positions at Yum! Restaurants International, where management of HR systems for international divisions took place, and at iHeartMedia, Inc. in HR Reporting and Analytics. With a strong background in human resources information systems, Agile methodologies, and technology implementation, Shupe furthered expertise through academic achievements, earning a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
