Michael Farago

Michael Farago currently serves as the Director of Labor Model, Forecasting, and Scheduling at Albertsons Companies, where responsibility includes overseeing the transition to UKG Dimensions for 2,200 retail stores. With prior experience as the Director of Store Labor Efficiencies at The Save Mart Companies, Michael led the upgrade of the labor scheduling system while managing a team of Labor Managers. At Target, the role involved building labor standards and conducting data analyses across 1,800 stores. Michael’s career began at Hannaford Supermarkets, where various roles laid the foundation for expertise in retail efficiency and labor management. Michael holds a BA in History from the University of Maine.
