Sam Shink

Sam Shink is the Corporate Director of Real Estate at Albertsons Companies, where they focus on aggressive new store development and oversee all Real Estate lifecycle activities in the West/South Central U.S. They previously served as Director of Real Estate for Safeway, managing a portfolio of over 400 facilities and leading significant development projects valued at more than $1 billion. Sam began their career as a Leasing Administrator at Bugle Boy and later advanced to Real Estate Manager, demonstrating expertise in lease negotiations and team management. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance from California State University-Northridge.
