Steve Cliffe has held a variety of roles in a number of companies since 2008. In 2008, they were the CEO of Xintronix. Steve then moved on to become the CEO of ProVision Communications in 2009. In 2011, they were the Worldwide VP Sales & Marketing at eoSemi. In 2012, they became the Corporate & Business Development Director at Plessey Semiconductors. In 2019, they were a Director at Gapsquare. In 2021, they became the Director and Special Advisor at BlueSkeye AI, the Chairperson at Revolution-ZERO, the Director at EOSEMI LIMITED, and the Director at ALBORA. Steve also held the role of Special Advisor and CEO & President at Ultraleap from 2014 to 2021.

Steve Cliffe attended the University of Nottingham from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a Bsc in Electronic & Electrical Engineering.
