Benjamin Lay

Benjamin Lay has a strong background in technical sales and services, particularly in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market. Benjamin started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 2007, serving as a Domain Specialist for SMBs until 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they held the position of Domain Leader for SMB Solutions in the DACH region at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Benjamin then progressed to various director roles, including Director of Technical Sales and Services for SMB Europe & North in 2017, Director of Technical Sales and Services for SMB & Channel Support in Europe & North in 2018-2020, and Director of Technical Sales and Services for Cloud & SMB EMEA in 2021-2023. Currently, they are the Director of Transition to Cloud Experts for Germany at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a position they have held since 2024.
