Jonathan D.

Jonathan D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan started their career at Lucent Technologies as a Photonics Technician, where they manufactured Fiber Amplifiers and Optical Sub Assemblies. Jonathan then moved to STC Services, where they worked as a Post Sales Engineer, Pre Sales Engineer, and later as an Account Manager, managing and selling Alcatel-Lucent voice communications systems and networking solutions.

In 2008, Jonathan joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, initially as a Converged System Engineer, where they worked on technical sales processes and engineered solutions for communications and networks. Jonathan then progressed to roles such as Sales Engineering Manager, Sales Engineering Manager for Strategic Accounts, and Senior Director Sales Engineering North America. Currently, they hold the position of VP Technical Sales and Services, Americas, leading a multi-disciplined organization in Networks, Communications, and Cloud technologies, overseeing pre and post sales engineering for North and South Americas regions.

Jonathan D. attended Lincoln Tech from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal" from LinkedIn in 2020, and various certifications in employee performance management, hiring, negotiation skills, sales techniques, and sales pipeline management from LinkedIn in 2019.
