Stephan R.

Stephan R. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Stephan began their career in 2003 at Alcatel-Lucent as a Solution Marketing Manager. Stephan then progressed to become a Director of Product Management, overseeing the company's product portfolio. In 2009, Stephan became a Senior Director, leading the Access business line and managing product development. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the VP of Product & Program Management, responsible for product strategy and program management in the Data and Security division of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. In 2012, Stephan joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as the EVP of the Network Business Division. Most recently, in 2018, they took on the role of President at ALE USA Inc.

Stephan R. completed a High potential ALU 6 months program at ESSEC Business School in 2004, where they studied Business, Strategy, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Management. Stephan holds an M.S. degree in Engineering from Polytech Nantes, which they obtained from 1987 to 1990, with a focus on Electronics and Computer Science.
