Kris Winter

Kris joined Alcentra in August 2014 as an Analyst in the Private Credit team. Kris is responsible for sourcing and execution of private debt investments across a variety of industries and geographies with a focus on the UK.

Prior to joining Alcentra, Kris spent six years at Barclays, initially in a client coverage role before moving into debt finance where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing debt transactions for mid-market financial sponsor and corporate clients across a range of industry sectors.

Kris graduated in 2007 from the University of Sheffield with a BSc in Mathematics and Geography and is a CFA® charterholder.
