Tapiwa Mashingaidze

Tapiwa joined Alcentra in September 2015 and is responsible for fund formation and structuring. Prior to joining Alcentra, Tapiwa was head of fund origination and structuring at J.P. Morgan where he was responsible for developing and launching funds in the firm’s listed fund range. Tapiwa’s previous work experience was with Ernst & Young, advising asset managers on fund-related structuring issues.

Tapiwa has a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
