Alchema is a connected smart brewing device that helps users make perfect wine each and every time at home.
The smart brewing capsule contains several sensors that constantly monitor and upload data to the cloud, enabling home brewers to continually observe the wine-making progress happening inside the bottle via the mobile App.
Intelligence is built-in to Alchema, enabling it to correct sudden unfavorable brewing factors such as harmful temperatures or pressure build-ups. More importantly, Alchema will notify the user when the wine is perfectly fermented so home Alchemas can enjoy their labor at the peak of flavor.
The Alchema mobile App contains easy-to-follow recipes and instructions for first-time Alchemas, and for the more experienced ones the App can allow to customize different environmental parameters to achieve that unique wine.
