We don't start with a thesis. Alchemi Ventures is how Chemonics International turns its 50 years of institutional knowledge across 160+ countries into AI that actually works in and for some of the most complex environments on earth.

Alchemi starts from ground truth: applying AI to decades of operational data and local delivery infrastructure to build financial and operational systems to serve the markets and consumers standard software wasn't built for.

Our enterprise solutions span fintech, decision intelligence, and supply chain — serving financial institutions, public sector organizations, and essential service networks in complex, low-resource environments.

Our portfolio includes Higala, BayaniPay, Bahai Deals, and Triple Effect Capital — independent, on-the-ground companies built for frontier markets across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and beyond.
