Ryoko Manabe

Ryoko Manabe serves as Managing Director of Alchemist Japan, where responsibilities include overseeing a founder-centric acceleration program, managing startup recruitment and admissions, and building connections with key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. Manabe is also a Committee Member for the START Program at the Japan Science and Technology Agency, evaluating business plans for funding. Previously, Manabe held various roles at Endeavor Japan including Managing Director and Advisor, contributing to the organization's early operations and providing mentorship to entrepreneurs. With a background spanning marketing management at PwC Japan and strategic consulting at firms like Monitor Deloitte and Baxter International, Manabe brings extensive experience in strategy development and business operations. Ryoko Manabe holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Life Science from Cornell University.
