Tapas Kumar Ray serves as the Deputy Managing Consultant at Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions since November 2022. Previously, Tapas held the position of Managing Deputy Design Consultant. A professional with extensive experience in the creative field, Tapas has worked as Team Lead Manager Creative at Mixed Route Juice v 2.0, Art Director at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. and Momentum Communication, and Art Director roles at several agencies including Span Communications and Solutions | Digitas. Starting as a Visualiser at Foundation Advertising, Tapas progressed through various design-related roles. Tapas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Applied Arts from The Indian College of Art & Draftmanship and a BFA in Applied Art from Gustia K. N. High School.
