Toby Ashong

Toby Ashong is a senior business change expert with over 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of impactful strategies within the infrastructure sector. Toby's career began at UK Power Networks, where they engaged in various facets of the electricity industry during privatisation. As a founding director of The Neurodiversity Family Hub C.I.C., Toby currently advocates for neurodiverse individuals and their families. In their role as Chief Commercial Officer at Alchemmy, and previously as Partner and Head of Infrastructure at Newton Europe, Toby has directed significant revenue growth and transformative programmes for major UK infrastructure organizations. Toby holds an MEng in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University and an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School.
