Susan Ray

Susan Ray has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Susan started their career as a Math Research Analyst at the University of St. Thomas in 2010. Susan then worked as a Data Analyst at Integrated Healthcare Strategies from 2008 to 2013, with a brief internship at the same company from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked as an Analyst at Wipfli Corporate Finance (WCF) Advisors, LLC from 2013 to 2014. Susan then transitioned to Northwestern Health Sciences University, where they served as an Assessment & Institutional Effectiveness Analyst from 2014 to 2016. During their time at the university, they also took on a role as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant from 2018 to 2018. Susan also has experience in the fitness industry, working as a Yoga Instructor at ONX | Fitness + Yoga from 2018 to 2021. Susan also worked at Alchemy365, where they held multiple roles, including Product Lead & Coach from 2018 to 2018 and Retail Lead, 365 Challenge Lead, & Coach from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at CorePower Yoga as a Program Lead & Yoga Teacher from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they founded their own coaching and mentorship business, Susan Ray | Feminine Coaching & Mentorship. Most recently, they have taken on the role of General Manager at Alchemy 365, starting in 2023.

Susan Ray obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Susan has also obtained various certifications in different areas. Susan became a Shamanic Reiki Master and obtained a Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher certification from Brenda Soulfire, The Soulfire School, in December 2021 and July 2021, respectively. Susan also completed a 50-Hour Foundations of Transformational Coaching program at Kula Collective in February 2021. Susan earned their Usui Reiki Master/Teacher certification from Sacred Vibes Healing in December 2020 and has completed Reiki Level 2 in August 2020, as well as Reiki Level 1 in November 2019, both from Sacred Vibes Healing. Furthermore, they have completed a 200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training program and a Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training program from CorePower Yoga in December 2014 and February 2013, respectively.
