Marty Nelson

Marty Nelson is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Ainomancer at Ghost in the Machine LLC, focusing on consumer-facing applications integrated with AI/LLM platforms. Previously, as CEO and Chief Alchemist at Alchemy Code Lab, Marty co-founded a coding school that successfully transitioned hundreds of adult career-switchers into the tech industry through an immersive program. Marty's leadership roles include VP of Engineering at Cardsmith, where a cloud-based project management tool was launched, and Director of Software Development at Accelrys, overseeing technology strategy during significant mergers and acquisitions. With a background in software consultancy and a solid foundation in agile development from U.S. Bank, Marty has a track record of delivering innovative technology solutions across various sectors. Marty holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Claremont McKenna College.
