Blake Mattos

Blake Mattos is an experienced design and product professional with a robust background in leadership roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Alchemy since February 2022, Blake previously held key positions at Tailscale as VP of Design and Head of Design from February 2023 to February 2025, and at Cloudflare, Inc. as Head of Product Design from July 2016 to February 2023, focusing on enhancing internet design. Blake's earlier roles include Senior Product Designer at Citrix, Product Designer at Rocket Lawyer, Inc., Chief Product Officer at a Stealth Startup, Visual & Interaction Creative Design Lead at YouSendIt, co-founder of Digon Creative, and Vice President of the North Beach Merchants Association. Educational qualifications include a degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and additional studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
