Chihee Kim

Chihee Kim is the Head of Enterprise GTM at Alchemy, where they lead go-to-market efforts for blockchain solutions targeting financial institutions and global enterprises. With a rich background in the finance sector, Chihee co-developed over 200 ETFs with BlackRock during their tenure at MSCI Inc., where they held roles including Executive Director. They are also the founder of Radish Foods, which centers on healthy and sustainable food businesses, and established the Women’s Business Development Forum to support women-led enterprises. Chihee has co-founded Finny and served as Head of Business Development at Lattice Strategies prior to its acquisition by Hartford Funds. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at The Johns Hopkins University.
