Flavian Manea is currently the Site Lead at Alchemy and has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of BwareLabs, a blockchain-oriented start-up. Flavian's past experience includes roles as an Embedded Software Engineer at Luxoft and RINF Tech, where they contributed to various transportation and IoT projects, and as a Fullstack Software Engineer at Sparkware Technologies. Flavian also held the position of Head of Blockchain at Ankr, leading technology and UX design efforts. They hold a Master’s degree in Robotics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Academia Tehnică Militară din București.
