Nish Chari

Nish Chari has over 10 years of legal experience. Nish started their career as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2010. In 2008, they worked as a Legal Investigator at Innocence Project New Orleans, a Research Assistant for Professor Smita Narula, and a Research Assistant for Professor Florencia Marotta-Wurgler. In 2006, they worked as a Legal Assistant (Paralegal) at Google. In 2009, they were a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. In 2011, they were an Associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. In 2013, they were a Secondee, Litigation / Investigations / Contentious Regulatory at Barclays. From 2017 to 2022, they were Legal Counsel at Palantir Technologies, where they worked on software licensing transactions, data privacy, litigation, and scaling the legal team and commercial business. Currently, they are the Head of Legal at Alchemy.

Nish Chari attended Archbishop Mitty for high school. Nish then went on to receive a BA in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006. In 2010, they graduated from New York University School of Law with a J.D. in Law.
