Brooke Rawling

Brooke Rawling is currently the People and Culture Manager at Alchemy Construct, a role they began in 2025. They previously served as an HR Business Partner at Roberts Co from 2022 to 2025 and held the position of Senior People Advisor at BESIX Watpac from 2021 to 2022. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Commercial Law and Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, which they completed in 2015.
