Eugene Ross has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eugene is currently the VP of People & Culture at Alchemy Technologies Ltd since March 2021. Previously, they served as the Head of Operations and Strategic Alliances at Sakuraa India Foundation from April 2019 to February 2021. Eugene also co-founded Divya Apparels and held the position of Co-Founder from May 2017 to January 2020. Eugene was the General Manager at annectoş Loyalty Solutions from February 2017 to July 2017 and also served as the Delivery Head from July 2016 to January 2017. Eugene worked as the Head of Vendor Management at Apar PeopleWorld from February 2016 to May 2016.

Prior to that, they worked as the Director at Toonmedia Technologies Pvt ltd from April 2015 to February 2016. Eugene Ross completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology from St. Joseph's College of Arts and Science, attending from 1972 to 1975. Prior to that, they obtained their AIHSC Certification in Pure Sciences from BHEL Higher Secondary School, where they studied from 1968 to 1972.
