Ella Serrano

Ella Serrano is a Senior Consultant in Innovation & Strategy for Cosmetics & Luxury at Alcimed since November 2022, after previously serving as a Consultant in the same field. Prior experience includes a role as Chargée de recherche at the Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute, focusing on cognitive control and the effects of acute stress on food choices, and a Data Analyst position at Sorbonne Université, where analysis of clinical data and prediction of intestinal permeability outcomes post-bariatric surgery were conducted. Ella has also contributed to product development as Chargée d'étude at AROMANDISE, managed projects related to nutrition and health at PepsWork marketing agency, and worked on market valuation of black truffle co-products during an engineering student project at Montpellier SupAgro. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the student office at Montpellier SupAgro, organizing events for a large student body. Educational qualifications encompass multiple Master's degrees in Nutrition Sciences from AgroParisTech and L'Institut Agro Montpellier, and Food and Nutrition from the University of Helsinki.
