André Silva has over 10 years of experience in the electromechanical maintenance field, specializing in coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on large equipment such as overhead cranes and electrolytic furnaces. From 2011 to 2020, André worked at ALBRAS - Alumínio Brasileiro S.A. as a Maintenance Technician and later as a Supervisor. Currently, André holds the position of Senior Electrical Specialist at Alcoa and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at UNAMA, expected to graduate in 2025. André also has technical training in refrigeration and electrotechnics from Senai and Iepam.
