Bryson Spears

Bryson Spears has extensive experience in maintenance and mechanical roles, beginning as a Boilermaker with Boilermakers Local 374 from 2002 to 2015, where coordination and planning of outage work at a combined cycle power plant were key responsibilities. After serving as a Certified Weld Inspector and Pipefitter Foreman at Fluor Corporation from 2018 to 2021, Bryson transitioned to Alcoa in 2021, holding the positions of Mechanical Maintenance Planner and General Maintenance Mechanic. Prior experience includes a position as Maintenance Coordinator at Tennessee Valley Authority/RRC from 2015 to 2016, focused on optimizing safety and performance in maintenance tasks. Educational qualifications include Associate's degrees in Boilermaking/Boilermaker from the Boilermakers Local 374 apprenticeship and Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Owensboro Community and Technical College.
