Cacio Silva is an experienced mining consultant with a background in bauxite, iron ore, cement, phosphate, gold, zinc, and graphite mining. Currently, Cacio serves as the General Manager of the Technical Area at Alcoa in Juruti, Pará, since 2023. From 2019 to 2023, Cacio held the position of Senior Manager of the Technical Area at Norsk Hydro in Paragominas, Pará. Cacio has also worked in various managerial roles at Mineração Rio do Norte and has provided independent consulting services in mineral reserves and business evaluation. Cacio's academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering from UFMG and a Technical degree in Mining from ETFOP, supplemented by studies in Strategic Business Management.
