Catrina Smith

Catrina Smith is currently serving as Associate Counsel at Alcoa since August 2023, following a distinguished role as a Law Clerk at both Alcoa and Cafardi Ferguson Wyrick Weis + Gabriel, LLC. Catrina's previous experience includes extensive involvement in legal research, drafting memoranda, and preparing litigation materials while working at GRB Law. In addition to legal roles, Catrina has an extensive background in employee engagement and program development from positions held at ServiceLink. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Catrina also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Seton Hill University. Leadership experience includes serving as Managing Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce and as Head Resident Assistant during university studies.
