Dan Copeland

Dan Copeland is an experienced professional in network services and technical leadership, currently serving as the Network Services Manager at Alcoa since February 2001. In this role, Dan is responsible for various voice and data services, including centralized VoIP and global wireless operations. Previous positions at Alcoa include Voice Services Manager, Voice and Data Technical Lead, Web and Apps Technical Lead, and UNIX/Linux Technical Lead. Prior to Alcoa, Dan was a Systems Administrator intern at US Steel. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Duquesne University.
