Don Riether

Don Riether is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in managing global Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and technology strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Technology Strategy & Solutions at Alcoa since October 2019, Riether previously held key positions at Mylan, where leadership of the global HRIS team and implementation of HR technologies such as Workday and Taleo were significant responsibilities. Riether's earlier experience at Diebold Nixdorf encompassed various roles in HR cloud solutions, performance management, and instructional media, showcasing a strong background in performance culture transformation and continuous improvement. Riether holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Adult Learning Principles from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
