Englebert Che, M.Eng, MBA, PMP®, CMRP, CSSGB, is a strategic reliability and asset integrity leader with over 13 years of experience in optimizing maintenance and reliability processes in the mining and smelting industries. They have held roles including Reliability Engineer at Rio Tinto, Director of Maintenance at American Iron & Metal, and Regional Asset Integrity Manager at Alcoa. Englebert has successfully managed large teams and budgets while developing asset strategies and governance processes. Englebert holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Maintenance and an MBA from UQAM.
