Gerald Reddinger

Gerald Reddinger is currently a Lean Manufacturing Manager at the Alcoa/Ma’aden Aluminum Joint Venture, where they oversee the design and implementation of systems for the mine, refinery, smelter, and rolling mill. Previously, Gerald served in various roles at Alcoa, including ABS Manager and Operations Management Consultant, where they managed the implementation of the Toyota Production System across multiple facilities. Their career at Alcoa began in the late 1970s, encompassing production, supervisory, training, and engineering positions, culminating in significant contributions to operational excellence throughout the organization. Gerald is also pursuing education at Eastern Washington University.
