Laura Rios

Laura Rios is a Managing Consultant in Human Rights and ESG at ERM’s Transaction and Private Markets Advisory team, where they assist clients in embedding social and human rights considerations in their investment processes. With over seven years of international experience, Laura has worked across Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East, engaging with diverse stakeholders including communities and civil society organizations. They have held various roles such as Project Consultant at the Secretary of Health in Antioquia and Project Manager at the Romi-Kumu Foundation, while also contributing to international legal frameworks through positions at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court. Laura holds multiple degrees in human rights and legal studies, and is proficient in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
