Leith Place is currently the Reliability Manager for Australia and South America at Alcoa, with 15 years of experience in the mining industry as an engineering professional. Previously, they worked for Rio Tinto Iron Ore in various roles over a decade, focusing on reliability, maintenance, and business improvement strategies. Leith has also served as an Asset Management Consultant and gained valuable experience in project management and contractor management across multiple mining operations. They hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Curtin University.
