Leiv Erik Ødegaard is currently the VP of Revenue & Growth at Alcoa since 2025. They previously held key positions such as Vice President at Norsk Hydro and Head of Technology Management and Standardization at Statnett SF from 2015 to 2017. Leiv has also served as Chairman of the Board for Ingeniører Uten Grenser - Norge and held various leadership roles within multiple organizations, including being a past Chairman of Møre og Romsdal Unge Høyre.
